Our Quality Control:
The most important step in client satisfaction is Quality Control - a function which The Conlon Group places under the direct oversight of its Principals.
With The Conlon Group, quality control begins before a contract is executed, and even before pricing and bidding, when our estimators review the Architectural/Engineering drawings to identify any discrepancies that could lead to fluctuation in sub-contractor pricing. This single step prevents significant future delays and cost overruns. |

Dedicated Project Management:
Understanding the client's intent, and coordinating to the same degree no matter the size of the project, is the first step towards managing a successful construction.
The second step is frequent meetings and full involvement. During construction the project superintendent and project manager meet daily to discuss project schedule, site safety and phase/trade coordination. During the same time the principal, project manager, and project superintendent meet every week to review completed items and coordinate up and coming milestones and deadlines. Together they monitor the budget and progress of each individual phase and of the project as a whole. |
