Christopher M. Conlon - Principal Christopher M. Conlon obtained a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from The New York Institute of Technology in 1999. He has attended the School of Continuing & Professional Studies in Construction Management at New York University. He is currently in the process of taking the Architect Registration Exam and is looking forward to architect registration in late 2004.
Chris' professional experience includes employment with the architectural firm of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. While at SOM, Chris worked on a multitude of high-end corporate interior and base building projects of varied sizes and scopes. Through his experiences during his employment at SOM, Chris developed and honed the skills required to perform the duties of a Project Architect. His work as a Technical Coordinator for design development and construction documents, along with construction administration on

many projects, gave him the skill set to be used towards Project Management in the construction industry.
Prior to founding The Conlon Group, Chris was employed as a Project Superintendent and Project Manager for New York City general construction companies that specialized in hi-end retail, residential and healthcare projects.
Chris' experience at both ends of the building industry spectrum has given him the skills necessary for the successful implementation of projects of all sizes and uses.
As principal of The Conlon Group, Chris oversees the day to day operations of the firm. In this capacity, Chris' daily responsibilities include execution of the contracts for construction, project bids and client/architect contact.

John A. Conlon - Principal
John Conlon obtained a Diploma in Construction Management from the School of Continuing & Professional Studies at New York University.
His background includes employment at New York City's most successful Construction Management firms. John has worked in the capacity of Project Superintendent and Project Manager for over twenty years. He has been responsible for the successful build-out of over one million square feet of interior renovation work, along with base building projects.
John has thorough knowledge of the daily operations of construction sites and a proven ability of successful project completion.

Through this extensive experience, he has acquired great knowledge of construction means and methods, along with the development of problem solving skills needed to be successful in the built environment industry. John has developed his skills in estimating and aggressive scheduling by being totally involved in any project under his charge.
As principal of The Conlon Group, John oversees all field operations. In this capacity, John's daily responsibilities include visits to C Group construction sites for quality control inspections, trades coordination and schedule updating.

MariAnne Conlon is a Marketing and Sales professional with over 12 years experience in the build-out of technology infrastructure.
Prior to joining The Conlon Group, MariAnne spent 8 years at JP Morgan as part of the migration team that was responsible for relocating technology, services and personnel into the then JP Morgan corporate headquarters at 60 Wall Street. MariAnne later joined UBS assuming responsibilities for trading floor

build-outs and later leading the merger migration team for the 299 Park Ave facility.
In recent years Ms. Conlon has been involved in the marketing and sales of several start-ups.
As director of sales & marketing, MariAnne oversees the procurement and development of new business relationships.
